Returns

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.

Please be aware that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Also, the customer will be responsible for costs associated with any damages to the product. Also, if silver rods have been used, they are no longer new and can't be re-sold. The price of the silver rods will be deducted in the amount up to 100% of the price of the silver. All colloidal silver generators will be subject to a restocking fee. This restocking fee may be up to 50% of the purchase price.
